We aim to dispatch all orders within the stipulated time frame mentioned on the product page. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We have a strict No Refund and No Return policy on all orders. Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted in the following conditions:

• If the product delivered is damaged/defective.
• MANDATORY: A continuous, uncut, and unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label clearly from the start must be shared with us via email within 24 hours of delivery.
• SIZE ISSUES: We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for size issues. A detailed size chart is provided on every product page for your reference.

If you receive a damaged product and have the unboxing video, you must inform us by sending an email to: [Add your Email Here]. To process an exchange for damaged issues, the clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging.
