1. Payment and Non-Refundable Policy

ASvybe provides web development services for a flat fee of ₹6,000, structured in two installments:

• Booking Reservation Fee (₹2,000): Required to secure your development slot, host environment initiation, and begin initial styling assets. This booking fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once the design/setup work has commenced.
• Final Balance Payment (₹4,000): Due upon your review and approval of the staging website preview. Once the final payment is made and/or the website is launched on your custom domain, this amount is strictly non-refundable.

We do not offer trial periods or partial refunds for initiated work, as resources are immediately allocated to your project upon receipt of payment.

2. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Upon full receipt of the final payment (₹4,000), ASvybe grants the client an exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the custom website layout, design assets, and compiled code for their business.

All boilerplate structures, code libraries, theme frameworks, and development templates created by ASvybe remain the intellectual property of ASvybe. The client is strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or packaging our code layouts for external commercial use.

3. Hosting SLA & Domain Limits

ASvybe deploys and hosts client projects on the Vercel Edge Network. While we guarantee a 99.9% network uptime SLA backed by Vercel infrastructure, the client agrees to the following conditions:

• Hosting is managed under our agency accounts. If a client wishes to migrate their codebase to a personal hosting account, a service migration fee of ₹2,500 will apply to compile and transfer files.
• Standard hosting covers up to 50GB of monthly data bandwidth. In the event a client website exceeds this limit, ASvybe reserves the right to charge bandwidth extension fees.
• Custom domain mapping requires client cooperation with DNS configurations. We are not responsible for domain registrar outages or delays in DNS propagation.

4. Maintenance SLA & Support Bounds

Our flat-rate package includes 30 days of free post-launch support for fixing bugs or making minor content changes (e.g., text corrections, price adjustments).

Any structural design changes, adding new pages, database configurations, or custom feature requests requested after the initial 30 days will be billed separately at our hourly revision rate of ₹1,000/hour.
